Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Forman to join our construction team.
The Forman will be responsible for supervising and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction management software, and a proven track record of successfully completing projects.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish - Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and construction crew - Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications - Review project plans, blueprints, and other technical documents - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary - Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety compliance - Prepare and submit progress reports to management - Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process Experience: - Proven experience as a Forman or similar role in the construction industry - Strong knowledge of construction management software such as Bluebeam, ProCore, Primavera, or Prolog - Solid understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents - Experience in budgeting and contract management We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
