*What You'll Do:* * Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
* Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances, or other issues.
* Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
* Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
* Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
*What We're Looking For:* * Proven experience as an HR Manager or other HR executive role.
* Deep knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.
).
* Ability to strategize and formulate business-driven HR policies and practices.
* Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
