Kitchen Manager

We are a non-profit seasonal kids (group) camp that has been providing service since 1984, a beautiful 55 acre facility located in Ponderosa forest west of Heber Arizona, is currently seeking a kitchen manager with at least five years of experience and a current food managers certification.
Would need to oversee kitchen operations.
Supervise food prep and cooking.
Check food plating and temperatures.
Manage, train, and schedule kitchen staff shifts.
Maintain quality standards.
Monitor health and food safety regulations including managing food storage standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety.
Also maintain kitchen inventory, ordering and managing food inventory.
Maintain equipment and utensils.
Possible on sight residence.
Salary depends on experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $3,500.
