*JOB REQUIREMENTS*
A four-year degree in Public Administration, Business Administration or relevant field of study.
A proven track record of progressively responsible experience in local government.
Including at least five years’ experience as a municipal manager, deputy, assistant, or major department head or any equivalent combination of education and experience are all required.
Residency is required during tenure.

The annual salary range for this opportunity is from $122,583 – $171,734 DOQE.
In addition, the following benefits are provided: comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurances; retirement through the Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS) (mandatory), which includes both pension and health benefits; and paid time off, plus paid holidays, and possible additional incentives subject to negotiation.
