HIM Director

Job Title : HIM Director(13 weeks ) Locations : Globe, AZ 85501 Facility Name : Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center Shift : M-F (40 hrs) Requirements : COVID card and Degree as a Registered Record Administrator from an accredited school.
Experience : Fifteen or more years of previous hospital experience in all aspects of health information management functions *Responsibilities:* - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the medical office - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards - Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity - Supervise staff members and provide guidance and support as needed - Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions when necessary - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring confidentiality and security - Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ordering as needed - Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner - Stay current with industry trends and advancements in medical office management Job Type: Contract Pay: $80.
