Group Home Team Lead ($36,400-$39,520) Mesa & Avondale Areas

The primary Team Lead duties for a Habilitation Group Home will be to assist with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home under the supervision of the Group Home Manager.
Providing direct care services for up to 3 residents with a developmental disability.
You will assist with supervising a team of caregivers.
You will also be responsible for attending meetings, transporting members to appointments and activities, assistance with ADLS, preparing monthly paperwork (communication logs, objective tracking, etc.
), training new staff, and understanding and implementation of the planning document.
Work Days: Wednesday - Saturday Work Hours: Double on Saturdays Weekday times will vary based on the need of the group home/residents.
