Business Manager

QUALIFICATIONS: l .
Bachelor Degree or higher preferred.
2.
Five (5) years of previous experience as an Accountant or Business Manager preferred.
3.
Demonstrated knowledge and proven experience in public school business policies and procedures, budget development, accounting and data processing.
4.
Must have excellent computer skills.
5.
Experience or demonstrated aptitude for planning and budgeting project proposals and clear writing.
6.
Must be able to work well with staff.
7.
Must be honest and have the highest personal integrity.
8.
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
SUPERVISED BY: Superintendent of SchoolsSUPERVISES: Immediate certified and classified employees assigned to the Business Office, and others that may be assigned by the Superintendent.
TERMS OFEMPLOYMENT: Twelve (12) month year.
Administrative Work ScheduleSALARY: Salary is to be determined by district pay scale and Board.
POSITION GOAL: As chief financial officer, to administer the business affairs of the District in such a manner as to provide the best educational services with the resources available; and is responsible for the management of District funds per board policies, USFR, and Arizona Revised Statues.
