QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEAD HVAC INSTALLER OR SERVICE TECHNICIAN
High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years installation and service technician experience
Understanding of industry safety and compliance practices
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Leadership skills
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
