```Duties```
- Pay is based on experience.
- Operate a variety of heavy equipment including bulldozers, backhoes, loaders, caterpillars, dump trucks, concrete mixers, cranes, and farm machinery.
- Safely and efficiently operate equipment to complete assigned tasks.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance.
```Skills```
- Proficient in bulldoze operation, backhoe operation, loader operation, caterpillar operation, dump truck operation,
- Commercial driving experience is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of operating heavy equipment.
