Description Manages drug and alcohol program and all related tasks.
Leads HR related compliance and leadership training.
Leads retention efforts set forth by site HR Manager and site leadership.
Collects and analyzes data, to support initiatives.
Manages the Drug & Alcohol program, working with all related stakeholders.
Ensures processes and legal requirements are in place pertaining to D&A program are followed.
Collaborates with site leadership, HR Manager, and HR Generalist on all D&A employment related decision making situations.
Leads retention efforts by conducting exit and stay interviews.
Partner with Corporate Analytics team to compile and analyze complex data and communicate with site stakeholders.
Make recommendations and assist in change path forward.
Lead and coordinates site HR compliance training and leadership training initiatives with the support of the team.
Acts as sites D&A expert and participates in legal and binding arbitration, appeals board and open-door processes pertaining to D&A policy.
Makes decision in the best interest of Company and site DA goals.
Manages and deliver site HR reporting pertaining to training, retention, and D&A outcomes.
Lead and identify projects pertaining to HR improvements, assist with facilitating change management, engagement and, coaching while advising stakeholders.
Assists and supports employment and compliance based investigations under the direction of HR team members.
Perform other duties as requested Qualifications Minimum Requirements: High School diploma/GED AND four (4) years of professional experience in related field or Human Resource work; OR Associates Degree in related Human Resources field AND two (2) year of professional experience in Human Resources or related field; OR Bachelors degree in related Human Resources field Able to make data supported decisions to support the business and fall within policies and practices.
Demonstrates attention to detail and organization skills with some guidance from Leadership.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and ambiguous business conditions, while maintaining professionalism in all aspects.
Customer service oriented, while supporting business objectives.
Practices direct tactful communication with all staff within the department, resulting in effective information sharing and problem solving.
Demonstrates creative problem solving solutions and proactive initiatives.
Must be a confident communicator, including written and verbal skills.
Displays enthusiasm and portrays a positive demeanor in working toward the department's goals.

This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions.
Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors.
This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.
