Hello.
We have a weeklong reservation at our timeshare at the Roundhouse resort in Pinetop Arizona from December 22 to December 29.
We are not going to be able to use our week and are looking to rent it to someone who would enjoy some time in the mountains.
This is a one bedroom with a king bed, a living room with a pullout sofa that sleeps two, and a full kitchen and a patio.
This condo is located on the main level.
Roundhouse resort has lots of amenities, including an indoor heated pool and hot tub, a fitness center, Pickleball, basketball, mini golf, kids, play areas, and more.
The resort is completely sold out for this week but we have our week available for $100 a night.
Right now if you were to try and book a reservation it would be 299 per night plus tax and fees.
